Got the nerve to call

and no we have still not reviewed your paperwork, takes 4 to 6 weeks

and I asked if i am on hold for anything, they said NO!

And repeated it takes 4 to 6 weeks to be reviewed when we get new mail!

and they received it on the 3rd even do it was reseaved on the 27 feb, i gues it was scanned on the 3rd

I HATE THIS PROCESSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your almost there. You should get reviewed soon, since the issue with the bill took your file out of the normal flow, it should get resolved soon. The week is not over yet, hang in there!!! :star::star:

We also called NVC yesterday and told that our file was not yet in the system. The operator told us that we should try calling next week.

I wish we could just finish on or before 15th of this month..

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.
