How about something so NVC receives my papers so I can move on to the Embassy?

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

This all goes back to the black cloud that hovers over Tucho and me. I just called again... They still don't have my papers scanned in. I was approved LAST Thursday. It is now Wednesday. I swear.... This has been Murphy's Law the entire journey...

I'm sure I face AP and a denial and whatever else can happen ....

Are you checking on both petititions? Desiman had his k3 at NVC for a while and the 130 was MIA.

Have you checked online? I had another touch a few days after approval and Im sure that was the day they sent it on to NVC. See if that has changed.

Yes I do talk to an operator.

I check both cases too. Not really sure what the hold up is.

I did get a touch on the 6th which was the day after the approval.

An email was forwarded to me from the congressional office from the VSC saying our cases were approved on 3-5-09 and sent to the NVC 2-6-09. So Iknow they left the VSC. But where did they send them???????

I am convinced that they fell out of the mail truck and are scattered all over the highway in NH. :whistle:

this is the hottest piece of information I received all morning so far ~ thank you! Here I was sifting through each page & post ... :bonk:

We haven't been approved yet but from reading everyones posts but everyones excitment is contagious!

OMG! this thread certainly has blossomed - havent been on to VJ but for a few minutes all day & I have lots of reading to catch up on. :wow:

Hopefully I can find where I left off yesterday, trying to keep up with everyones experiences of moving from VSC to NVC!
