In several weeks I will submit my I-129F so my fiance can come to the States and marry me.

In November, 2005, I met this same woman and she came with me to the States on a K1. We didn't get married, and she left the States to return to Russia on 18 January. (We entered the day before Thanksgiving.) I've known her several years, and I met her in Russia in the course of my job. I've been in Russia, working and seeing her maybe a dozen times in the past few years.

We hope to get married next May.

Are there ways where the second K1 might be tougher than the first one? Demonstrating that we've met, in order to get my petition approved, should be really easy. (I have boarding passes for more than one leg of our travels together with me in one seat and her in the next seat, for instance.)

We have several joint checking accounts. She is a beneficiary on my life insurance. I'm guessing that the main hassle might be the "are you really going to get married this time?" question. What would be most convincing for that question? Anything else?
