Summer colds.......*Aaaaachoooooo* My head feels like a floating ballon! Sounds are way too amplified, feels like a pounding headache! Uggghhh....and you think I could sleep past 5 am.....NOPE!!! :crying:

Sounds like a migraine. I remember having those in high school (I still get them now) and being able to hear what was said in OTHER classrooms. On one hand, that was awesome. On the other hand... it really sucked since my head was killing me and now I had to listen to TWO teachers drone on.

I've never had a migraine in my life and I don't get headaches often, but damn if thats what a migraine is like due to head congestion.. Nyquil has been my friend the past few days.

Countdown til I can wake up in the morning without tripping over inlaws sleeping in my living room, spare room, and every other crevice I didn't even know existed in my house : 02 days.

My MIL had one of her episodes yesterday. Probably not even worth describing why and how it happened, because it was over nothing... quite literally, but let's just say every person in my house was walking around on eggshells. Even my 6 year old stepdaughter was sick to her stomache all night, probably from stress due to the tension.

Carlso...I don't understand how you do it with 8 people besides your husband and yourself in your home. I'm just not a very patient person I guess.

The forms you have to fill out just to see a doctor down here.... sheesh.... I made an appt to see a specialist and they mailed me loads of paperwork, consent forms, etc. It's crazy! They won't accept my appt until I mail back all the forms with my signature

I have never had to fill out paperwork, other than when I first enrolled in this insurance. Never had to even going back to when I was a kid, and never have I had to wait more than a few days to see a doctor or specialist. :P

I was thinking the exact same thing the other day. I never recall having to fill out a form saying whether someone from the clinic can leave a message on my voicemail saying that I am receiving some type of treatment or test results are ready. Crazy . . . . :wacko:

Yesterday I got an iced capp at Tim Hortons and it was the most vile thing I have ever tasted. I don't know if maybe the milk was bad, but it was TERRIBLE.

No wonder Americans don't know what to think of Tim Hortons.

I also had a boston cream donut and that was decent... not exactly the same, but close.

That sucks, I never have a good experience at the TH in Buffalo either, that's the only one I've been to in the US. Everything just tastes different

I noticed the same thing in the Michigan THs when I was still in Ontario. Even the sandwiches were different and I don't think they always served 'fresh' coffee like the Canadian THs do. Suppliers are probably different and it shows.

OOO - I just had a nasty thought - maybe they are using HFCS in the iced cappucinos instead of sugar - that would definitely have a big negative effect on the taste!
