Uggh...I think I am getting sick....again! A few hours before I went to work last night my stomach was in knots. By 5 am I was in and out of the bathroom at work vomiting and getting chills. My supervisor found a replacement by 8 am, missed out on 4 hours of work and averaging OT. :bonk: I have a splitting headache :bonk: and stomach is in knots again! Must have been the little kids I worked with this past week! Every time I don't work with the teenagers! I get sick!! I really hate using sick time, but I will be worse off if I don't! :girlwerewolf2xn:

Can I vent about anything here? Because boy, do I have a vent!!!

Sunday morning, SUNDAY MORNING.... some dude in my neighborhood is drilling and hammering and what the hell ever else.

Geezus, can't wait 'til like noon or something?

That's my biggest pet peeve, work like a dog all week, most days 6 days a week and can't have one stupid morning without chaos going on around me.

I admit it, I am a bit of curmudgeon.

I had a bunch of vaccination shots on Friday, tetanus and stuff and my arms still hurt and I was totally puke-tastic yesterday. Don't know if the two are related at all...

Someone came onto the property early this morning with their dog and it got into a fight with our dog Dale. I was asleep and heard a huge commotion between two dogs and a guy yelling. I just assumed it was the neighbors house and tried to go back to bed. Got up and Dale's ear is torn up and there is blood on the driveway outside. Jackazz didn't even have the courtesy to come to the door and say, hey our dogs got into a fight while I was trespassing. :angry:

We live on a gated and fenced property and that only way in is to open the front gate with the huge sign saying NO TRESPASSING.

MrsCat is going to have to start manning the gate!

only thing scarier than a women driver--is a women with a gun!! lol

Canadians Visiting the USA while undergoing the visa process, my free advice:

1) Always tell the TRUTH. never lie to the POE officer

2) Be confident in ur replies

3) keep ur response short and to the point, don't tell ur life story!!

4) look the POE officer in the eye when speaking to them. They are looking for people lieing and have been trained to find them!

5) Pack light! No job resumes with you

6) Bring ties to Canada (letter from employer when ur expected back at work, lease, etc etc)

7) Always be polite, being rude isn't going to get ya anywhere, and could make things worse!!

8) Have a plan in case u do get denied (be polite) It wont harm ur visa application if ur denied,that is if ur polite and didn't lie! Refer to #1

I hope you guys are feeling better! I am starting to, not 100%. I think it was those kiddos I was working with, snotty noses and all, my co worker last weekend had the same symptoms as me. Now I am just waiting for the cold-like symptoms that she already had... :angry:

My vent for the day? The time I looked at my boss today to ask her a question I was met by her oddly drawn on eyebrows and "mean" face. OH COME ON ARSEHOLE GIVE US A SMILEEEEE!
