It's amusing... Because I have been waiting for so long all this paperwork all of a sudden is getting me excited haha... I've been through this part of the process before though (failed completing all paperwork before the age of 21), so I already know what to expect from the ds230 up to just before the interview...

Hey guys. Quick update.. received my NOA1's via email & text today. My cheque is still sitting there uncashed but oh well :D Woot :D Another step in the process.

@Terri - grats on getting the SSN :) Hope Bek's second day at school is going as good as yesterday :D

Yay! I'm hoping my NOA1 is coming today or tomorrow then :)

Hey guys I'm preparing my removal of conditions application and was wondering how does USCIS like packages to be presented?

Manila folder? Staples ok or not? Colored dividers and indexing? How about photos?

I've always just put my stuff in a semblance of order, bulldog clipped all the relevant stuff together, and put it in an envelope. With the pictures, I label them on the back with a who, where and when, and put them all in a ziplock bag, I don't use staples or any indexing or dividers, they are all going to just get discarded by USCIS.

You will (well, should) always get NOA'S and RFE's and the like in hardcopy via the post. You can sign up for email and SMS notification via the USCIS website once you have your case numbers :)

Fingerprinted tonight for my PCC. They reckon 2 weeks for it to be mailed to me.

Apparently it would've been easier to fingerprint me if I'd committed an offence though :lol:
