Hey Nick I lodged my etax on 2 July and it was in Mum's bank account on the 11th! She then transferred it through to the US.

Ted and I are delighted to announce that our little girl, Isabella Joy, entered the world on Wednesday 20th July. She was 3 weeks early but I was having blood pressure

issues so the Dr decided it was time. She is utterly gorgeous and between my accent, Bella's beauty and my husband's sense of humor we've had a fun few days at the

birthing hospital. However we are very much looking

forward to being discharged and going home today!!!

Of course a puppy counts - then again we have 3 dogs and 3 humans so I had to have the baby to move the odds back in to our favor lmao

Quick question guys, how long after our NOA2 letter can we expect the next notification to send my P3?

Do they email me or send out a letter once it gets to the NVC?

Every case is different on how long it takes to get your Packet Three. My fiance and I were pretty lucky as we got our case number and packet three email from Sydney in about three weeks after receiving our NOA2. As for the NVC, I believe they send a letter out. Ironically, we got it a week after we sent our Packet Three to Sydney so it wasn't very helpful for us lol I was living in Australia as the time and had my mother calling the NVC pretty much daily to check on the case status after a week or so of the NOA2 but I never got a case number from them. I don't know if ours was just lucky to get through so quickly or if that's the way things are going there now.

I would just keep an eye on your email as well for a confirmation from Sydney as well as watching the mail box for a letter from the NVC. I hope it comes quickly for you!

they'll send an email packet three, bothe my fiance and myself got the email, i think sometimes only the petitioner gets it.

andddd, my interivew is August 23rd ...we don't mind the wait, i'm not planning on flying out til end of october anyways, lol

I am going to send everything once I get it, I know it says just the Form DS-230 part 1 but I have heard of people sending it all together if you have it available.

Good Luck with ur interview on the 23rd. I hope I have mine early september. Im really pushing it for the dates I wanna be in the States. Hope it can happen

GC - If you are looking for an earlier interview date, you can attach a letter to your packet three asking for the earliest possible interview date. But Sydney doesn't seem too backed up though so it probably won't make too much of a difference either way. Best of luck!

Yeah Im going to attach a letter to my P3 asking for the earliest interview. It seems like everyone is getting there interview quiet early & fast, So fingers crossed It will happen for me too. I finally got the OK on my medical and have to collect it this week.

I have my Police certificate & paid for the finger print one in Victoria, Is the certificate just a letter? or actuall copies of my finger prints?

I just have a certificate. Just curious
