yea, he is just antsy and went to do his police check and they told him to use the wrong form and when he got there they turned him away, just in a doom and gloom mood

Yeah I had a few of those along the way lol - I didnt even pre-fill in the form for the Police check, just rocked into the station, told them what I needed and filled in the form they gave me - was there 2 hours waiting around for the fingerprint part but all in all just another step in this divine little red tape filled process I'm 4 sleeps from the interview - its a rather surreal feeling knowing very shortly, if I get that yes, I can leave the country and head back to Ted legally

Ok question time: After you send those two papers in to Sydney (the part 1 sheets)do they send you back other paperwork by mail or email? He spoke to the physcian about the medical and they sent him instructions. Says to bring a form that the american consulate should provide. But in packet 3 there was no medical form.

I had my medical before the packet 3 arrived (I had my case file number from the NVC) and the only thing I took to the medical were my passport, 3 passport photos, my vaccination immunity letter and a couple of things from my dr regarding previous medical issues.

The dr had generic forms at his office which he filled in. I then left his office went and did the blood and xray tests and a week later I got an envelope in the mail with medical stuff in it from him and then I sent this and the balance of other forms and items in the checklist in packet 3 back to the consulate. 10 days later I got an interview date.

I will tell him to ring them back and ask, the email says this 3. your MEDICAL EXAMINATION INSTRUCTION LETTER, which you have received from the American Consulate but packet three says to get it from the doctor. LOL this is not going to help the fact that he thinks no one knows what the hell they are talking about

LOL no its probably not going to help matters Im trying to remember what my letter from the doctor said and as far as I recall it was bring your passport, 3 photos oh and the letter from NVC which has our case file number on it. Maybe that's what his doctor is referring to?

Fun times... good thing is though, its V Australia to LAX, and Delta from LAX thru DEN...

So, I can book my bags all the way thru to Denver

If only you didn't have to get them at LAX and transfer them back in again... haha

ps. this whole selling my car thing still has me stressed as.
