Sounds lovely. We had a small wedding too and it was perfect. What kind of food are you having? I like food :P

Don't worry about the rip.. the edges on my envelope were a bit frayed too but that wasn't a problem with the officer at POE.

Arrgh I hope its ok ... Ill have to find something to put it in to stop it from getting any bigger ....

Ummm since its an early morning wedding were having a brunch .... and were having crossants, meat platter, fruit platter, other types of brunch style nibbles and champaigne fruit cocktails .... Our cake is going to be a 2 layer marble mudcake with chocolate and white chocolate curls *drool* ... the gardens have a gazebo and a picnic area but were going to need to hire some chairs for the people who are there to witness the wedding ... although I have been to a wedding in a park and they didnt have chairs ... What do you guys think? Chairs or no chairs?

ohh your making me hungry!! mudcakeeee yuuummm!! you have got to post pictures!!

Congrats on the Baby Mz!!! A boy! Have you thought of a name for him yet???

I am actually feeling a LOT more calm now... was reading the consulate reviews... that helped LOL...

We had an early morning wedding too.. no chairs either but the ceremony itself was pretty short.. only about 20 mins, then we did photos and were done within an hour total. Depends how many guests you are having and how long it will be. Also if you have some older guests it may be better if you did

your cake sounds yummmmmy.. can I come? I'll bring a gift

Here's a photo I took today. The cherry blossoms are blooming!! yaay.. spring's around the corner

 the more the merrier .... Actually a couple family members wont be able to come so we have to see what happens in the end and decide ... I know Shays planning on inviting some of the great aunts and uncles at this rate Im scared it will literally be the immediate family and none of the ones that live in other states will be able to come ....

The cherry tree is gorgeous!!! Only 2-3 days ago they were having snow and 2.1 degree celcius .... I think Im going to need to rethink what I need to repack into my main suitcase .... I was kind of thinking warmer days, personally ...

Finally got the I-134 and supporting docs back from Matt today. I've spent the last 90 mins assembling packet 3 to send back to the consulate tomorrow.

I've got:

Form DS-156 — Nonimmigrant Visa Application (2 copies)

Form DS-156K — Nonimmigrant Fiancé(e) Visa Application (1 copy)

Form DS-230 Part I— Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration

Form DSL-1076 — Applicant’s Statement of Readiness to be Interviewed

Form I-134 from Matt — Affidavit of Support

Matt's I-134 Supporting docs: letter from bank, letter from employer, several pay slips, several W2 forms

New letter of intent from Matt stating his ongoing support of K1 and willingness to marry me upon my entry to USA on K1.

My original birth cert. and copy

My original police check and copy

Well like most, they didn't ask him for ANYTHING! LOL ... he took a huge thick folder of evidence and nothing was asked for... the officer that interviewed him ask him when he was planning to get married he said may 31 (which is officially our wedding date!! woohoo!!).. and then towards the end ask him if he was going to marry me... my poor babe is half deaf and didn't understand the question instead he said no! LOL!! he said the officer gave him a puzzled look and when he finally repeated the question he was oh YES YES YES!!! haha found that too funny!

Anyways I am so relief and just bursting with JOY!!
