K3 and CR1 question and trying to find something on here...

hello all.

I have been trying to find the links tp the James’s shortcut and Lingche NVC shortcut, but I can't seem to locate them.

Also, is that the best way to go filing for the K3 and CR1 at the same time? Is there any risk in filing for both that could prevent a visa from being issued?

I am flying to the Philippines next week to marry my sweetie there; just trying to figure out what visa I should appy for when I get back. Am leaning towards the K3 and CR1 route, but a recent post I just read today sid that it backfired on them and both visas were pulled--however, it really was not clear as to what caused the visas to be pulled.

All input will be much appriciated.

At this point since the I-129F and I-130 are getting approved at the sametime, recommend you go the CR-1 route if you can.

My husband applied for K3 for me..got everything done in 6-8 months. My friend's husband applied for cr1... took for her 1 yr or so to get the visa, then came here in the US after 3 months got her 10 yr green card. Meanwhile, mine was shorter but now still have to file for AOS which i chose to do this time because its after our 2 yr wedding anniversary so i can get (hopefully) the 10 yr green card and not the conditional one.
