My Visa Checklist Thingy

Heya guys!

Just to make it clear, the visa checklist I've mentioned in the interview thread is just something I have on the front cover of my interview folder. All it is is a checklist you can tick to make sure you have all the documents required for your interview. Whenever I've got something done, such as my police certificate, it goes straight into a display book like this one, and I tick the appropriate box on the cover page. I got mine for a lot cheaper, but it's just to give you an idea of what it looks like. There's no hole-punching or anything involved, and it does hold US letter-sized paper as long as you don't put too many in one pocket. I never move anything from the folder so I never lose it, and if I need one or two items from it for something, I'll just take the entire folder. It's a nice way of keeping everything together in one place and knowing where everything is, and in what order.

I've attached a black-and-white version as well as a copy of the one I made originally for my folder. It's nothing fancy, just set up some pretty tables using MS Word. I saved it from a MS Word 2007 version to be compatible for 2003, so you shouldn't have a problem opening it...I can also save it in PDF if need be. Why did I do it? I was bored, I suppose, and it really made me feel better about time crawling by. So, here they are:

Blue version: Interview_Cover_Checklist.doc

If you'd rather have it in other shades or other colours, let me know. Yes, I know I'm silly @_@.

Hey that's rreally great; we're going to use for our interview in a few weeks.

Out of curiosity, what medical info are you supposed to bring? I thought that Knightsbridge Doctors sends the results of your exam to the US Embassy.

Also, what do you mean by "other evidence" in the form?

I had decided to keep all my medical information for my medical checkup with Knightsbridge in the same folder. This way, everything's kept in one place. Also, at the end of the medical, they hand you a vaccination list in case you need to get any further jabs once you're in the US -- I've kept that in there so I don't lose it. It also means you get to tick the medical box once that's over with .

"Other evidence" is basically anything else you'd like to bring. I've heard that the visa officer doesn't really look at it anyway, but it's nice to show. It's basically whatever you'd like -- postcards, letters, printed chat logs and emails, photos.
