hello VJ's,

I know this is a little bit silly and easy question but I only want to make it sure and not to get trouble

What is the best way to compile the requirement passing the I=130 and G-325A,

Is it ok to staple the papers together so that it is easily to find or just only used the

Paper clip? Cuz my I have many attachment and some documents.

Paper clips or AVCO fastners but not staples.

Staple each form separately and then use binder clip to put all together. Write A# on each upper left corner.

You are right about “avoid using heavy-duty staples……“ at USCIS stage.

My concern is we should avoid using ACCO fasteners for sending original documents (marriage certificate, birth certificates, etc.) to NVC.

I use stapler for each form (off-course not heavy-duty stapler) and then use binder clip to assemble all documents together both instances while sending documents to USCIS and to NVC.
