WHEN YOU WRITE YOUR NOA 1 DATE, YOU HAVE A MESSAGE : "Your case may be adjudicated between ..... and .....")

Ours came through within the timeframe given

Our timeframe changed several times, often being pushed back further. In the end we were adjudicated BEFORE the original timeframe. I would say it is relatively accurate, but by no means a way to determine exactly when your case will be adjudicated. Even when USCIS reaches your month's petitions, there can be a great delay between the first and last cases being adjudicated.

The VJ timelines are the best you will ever get. They are based on actual experience. I doubt one in 100 will be spot on, but as close as anyone can estimate. Our approval came more than a month earlier than projected. Am I complaining?

On the other hand, there are plenty of us (unfortunately) who are well over the estimated approval date. We got an RFE a month after the estimated approval date and have been waiting additional month since we submitted the RFE.

But it does seem to be reasonable accurate for the majority of people here. Just hope you are one of the majority.
