We went to see it yesterday afternoon. Quite enjoyed it. It's definitely NOT for the kiddies I must say! Very violent and kind gory in spots, even made me cringe, and that's sayin' somethin! (I laugh at blood and gore normally )

We went straight from the cinema to the comic book store to get the book. I've never read it before.

And yes, Dr. Manhattan's ####### is quite awe inspiring. Wonder why they don't show it in the TV commercials?

My husband wants to go to see it today, I'm not so excited about it, since I have never read the comic book or even know what the story is. sigh I will back to post about it.

For those who have seen it, Is it worthy to pay $10 to see it??

Saw it yesterday, liked it but probably helps to have read the book. Actually works better as a graphic novel which isn't surprising really.

Great casting though, especially rorschach and the comedian.

The bit of the beginning montage where they show the JFK assassination was really well done.

Not sure how relevant the 80's cold war politics are to today.

so i went to watch it on friday night.. if seeing old people make out is your thing then you will love this movie.. its so freakn weird and 80's retro ...CR.|AP i was so not impressed... the high light of the night was when we came outa the movie and saw that some people had gone to see the movie.... dressed in super hero costumes!! that was definately a ####### moment

I almost went to see it but now I'm not so sure. My 18 year old son went to see it Friday at midnight and said he hated it. Good on effects but bad on story is what he said.

I'd like to see it. Only drawback is the length, I've heard.
