We called NVC after we submitted our RFE for financial statement and they told us its been reviewed and they don't need anything else. Our DS-230 is already reviewed a week ago. Now NVC says that our case is in "final review." Is our case complete? We didn't get any interview date so far. How much time does this final review take?

Final review just means that your case needs one last review by a supervisor. Your case is almost complete.

you can call NVC on monday or tuesday and your case should be completed by then.

well so far they didn't say anything and its still says in AVR please allow us to 6to8 weeks to process your request and they same thing operator is telling us. Its really confusing.

Try calling NVC later today, they should be able to complete your case soon since everything is received and reviewed.
