I only sent 2 x passport photos and forgot the ones for the I-765 too. However, it has not been a problem because they have not sent an RFE and I have been told they will use the photos from the biometrics.

I believe my husband only sent two passport photos, as well, and we have not received an RFE. Both the picture on his AP and EAD were digital photos taken at his biometrics, so I do tend to wonder why they ask for the passport photos to begin with! (Perhaps it's for the green card when it's issued? We don't have that yet.)

5-13-09: Green card approved.

6-24-09: Received green card.

8-13-11: Received 10-year green card.

2-21-12: Sent N-400 to Dallas Lock box.

7-18-12: Naturalization interview (passed!).
