The whole age difference thing.....I haven't read the whole thread, but I will admit when I first signed up on here-glancing through the gallery, and seeing some of the folks in Dallas at our AOS interview-was kind of....whoa!!!???!!!!....but now....I don't give a flying frog's fat azz...If both of them are happy-really-who tf cares who or why they are together?

The only thing that bugs me is that some on here denegrade and generalize ppl from their own country,be it the USC's OR the foreign spouse's, as somehow 'a reason' for their choice of mate.

So far, I'm not tempted to ####### around because my husband is 17.5 years older than me. My husband works 13 hours a day, if I do wild side, he wouldn't know anything, and If people degraded me because of my choices then I deserved it, but my dignity isn't dirty as vomit.

Do I personally have age issue? Honestly, I do. I don't think I will be ever comfortable dating anyone who is 5 years older than me and 2 years younger than I am. My husband teases me about it, that I am too hung up on age and I am but do I feel others should do what I feel like, no I don't. As I said before I don't really get involved into others life and what/how they choose to live it.

My best friend is married to someone who is 12 years older than her, she is happy. She has always wanted someone more matured in age from her, someone who is more serious towards life and she got what she wanted. For me things were different, I always wanted someone of my own age and I got it.

So it really is to each on its own. What doesn't work for you doesn't mean won't work for others. And I rest my case
