of course she is hoping that. all women that marry older men only do it for the money, everybody knows it and it looks like you do to. so why start a thread if it's obvious? it's like me starting a thread saying ''french people don't shower'', what do you think? of course they don't, i know it, you know it, everybody knows it. or how about i start one thread saying ''all women with a tattoo on their lower back are tramps'' of course they are, i know it, you know it, everybody knows it.

I was out in the Trafford Centre last night (big shopping mall in Manchester, UK) having drinks with friends when we saw a couple...he was at least 65 & she was easily 20 years old! She was from the far east..

To say they didnt attract a lot of attention is an understatement! She was all over him.

What I'm trying to say is...I believe in whatever makes you happy! ...y'know, just go for it & be happy! BUT I couldn't help but think..this guy is being taken for a mug! She can't possibly find him attractive!! ..Seriously though I've read lots on her about age differences & I can believe that yeh 10, 20 years is believable but 40 years???? Nahhhh

I think it is a good trade off. He gets a sweet girlfriend for his last days, and she gets security and comfortable living in her young days. In the RP my girlfriend told me about something called the 3 m's. Some thing to do with old rich and dyeing.

True...until the money runs out or the guy finds a younger, hotter model. But I guess they deserve each other and it's their problem to sort. I just think it's a bit sad to be so superficial and materialistic. I was actually reading an article recently about the effects of the economy on Trophy Wives. One guy mentioned he had asked his trophy wife before if she'd still be with him if he didn't have any money. She said, "**, no!" He thought it was funny at the time. Then later, when he lost his job she found another sugardaddy within months and he was heartbroken. That's the downside to being shallow. But again, not my problem so as long as everyone's an adult, to each their own.

It is also sad to people automatically assume a young lady married to an older guy is a gold digger. A woman can love a rich/poor man as well as she can love a(n) younger/older man. It's ok for a good looking young couple marry, but when there is an age difference, somehow it becomes a problem. Jealousy maybe?
