Hi Members,

first of all thank you so much for the quick response but today i am going to write down all those documents i had sent to uscis .so please it will be great helpful if i left anything else.

FEES AND FORMS

1) Check: Payment in the amount of $1010 (Biometrics fee included)

2) I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

3) Form G-325A, Biographic Information Sheet(4 FORMS FILL BY BENEFICIARY)

4) I-765 Application for Employment Document

5) Medical form I-693A (in sealed envelope)

6) Affidavit of support x2

a. I-864 Submitted by petitioner

b. I-864 Submitted by joint sponsor

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

1) Copy of Form I-797 Notice of Action (Approval Notice)

2) Copy of Intending Immigrant’s Birth certificate

3) Copy of form I-94 (front and back) BUT EXPIRED

4) Copy of Marriage Certificate

5) Two (2) passport size pictures( HERE I DID MISTAKE ,I SENT ONLY 2 PICTURES)

6) Federal income tax return, including W-2(SPONSOR FEDERAL INCOME TAX RETURN AND PETITIONER INCOME TAX AND W-2)

7) Copy of most recent pay stubs

8) Copy of passport page (US Citizen Husband)

9) Copy of recent Bank Statement

10) Copy of passport (Biographical Page), with non immigrant K1 visa

THATS WHAT I SENT THEM.... SO PLEASE HELP ME IS THERE AND THING I LEFT OR DID MISTAKE OTHER THEN PHOTOS....I AM SOO NERVOUS.

There's a few thing I did differently. Those are two applications and each needs photos, I-94, and the immigrants passport biographical page and visa page. They are processed in different places so need to be complete stand alone applications when they are separated.

• Payment in the amount of $1010.00

• Form I-485, Application to Adjust Status

Photographs (2) of (immigrant)

Photocopy of birth certificate of (immigrant)

Photocopy of passport biographical page and K1 visa page of (immigrant)

I-693 medical form in sealed envelope

Form G-325A Biographic Information Sheet of (immigrant)

Form I-864 Affidavit of Support with photocopies of supporting documents: (by USC)

Employment letter

Income tax return with W2

Copy of pay stubs

Same for co-sponsor but also proof of their citizenship like a birth certificate or passport bio page or naturalization papers or green card.

I-797 Notice of Action, I-129 Petition Approval Notice from USCIS

Certified copy of Marriage Certificate

Form I-94 Arrival/Departure record

• Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization

Photographs (2) of (immigrant)

Photocopy of passport biographical page and K1 visa page of (immigrant)

Photocopy of Form I-94 Arrival/Departure record

When we sent in our AOS package, I don't think we sent in enough passport photos and were still approved with no problem or RFE. Don't beat yourself up worrying if you sent the right things in now.. it will only torture you and not change anything. IF they need anything, you'll find out sooner or later.. Good luck!

07-19-2008 - Biometrics

07-22-2008 - Transferred to CSC!

07-28-2008 - Email from CRIS confirming CSC received case

08-25-2008 - Received AP in the mail (NO STATUS CHANGE OR CRIS EMAIL)

08-29-2008 - Received EAD card in the mail (NO STATUS CHANGE OR CRIS EMAIL)

09-22-2008 - Received Email from CRIS for I-485 "CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED!"

09-27-2008 - Received Green Card in the mail!

Phase 3....

06-29-2010 - Sent I-751 and package to Remove Conditions

07-06-2010 - NOA1

08-24-2010 - Biometrics

thank you so much for the advice.but i want to ask you somthing do you think those alll documents i have sent to uscis is enough except photos???????????
