Hi-

We need to file ASAP because husband's green card expires 04/20/09. In looking over the form, I had a quick question. In Part 5 it asks about information about our children. Both of his children live with their mother and my son is away at college. We are pregnant with our first mutual baby due June 2009. Do we list any or all of the children on the form?

Thanks-

You ONLY list children who have GCs and you want to remove their conditional status.

Yeah it says ALL children but if you read the instructions it says list children who you want to remove conditions on. Something like that.

I blew it and listed my US citizen daughter and USCIS sent RFE to sent $80 for her {NOT needed}biometrics. Had a hell of a time getting them to proceed with my wifes petition without our daughter.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

That's it. Don't put any kids that are not conditional residents. NO US citizens.
