We just got approved on our I-129F, and my fiancee's interview will soon to come. At the same time we have a Consular Report of Birth Abroad appointment for our newborn baby in 2 months. This CRBA appointment will come before my fiancee's interview. If my child passes the CRBA appointment and gets his passport. Then When it comes to my fiancee's interview, reguarding the i-134 support form, the CO only ask for the income for 2 people right? 1 is me, the other one is my fiancee who i am sponsoring. Or, they will count it as 3 since we have a child?

a co-sponsor is not an option for me, if my income is good enough for 2, then can i bring my child over later and have my fiancee come over first? Will the CO accept this?

The problem is the child s YOUR child, and as such is your dependent and needs to be counted on the I-134. It would be different if the child was NOT your dependent in cases where you would eventually be their step parent, in the case of K-2 and K-4 visas, in this cases the child could remain with their family of biological parent and could be follow to join, at which time you would provide a second affidavit of support.

In this case the child is NOT immigrating, the child is a citizen of the USA and is YOUR dependent.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
