how do you call vermont service center and get to talk to a live person that will answer questioms about your case

This toll-free call center has additional information and can connect you to live assistance in English and Spanish during their specified office hours. The NCSC will be able to answer most questions - although they cannot provide information about the status of your case over the telephone.

They are trained to give standard answers. Chances are you will not receive accurate information on your case anyway. I see you sent back an RFE about a month ago. They will most likely give you the standard 'you must wait 60(?) days' for a reply.

The chains to get to a 'live' person change all the time.

I see you are going to have to deal with the Consulate in GUZ. Have you been to www.candleforlove.com ?

yes I joined them last month.

There is 13 people on here that have the same time lines as I do

they got noa2 in adverage of 128 days my has gone 214 days as of today we all filed in August 2008

And I was not the only one that got an RFE
