how did u check your papers that it arrived in USEM already?

you can go to the USEM Manila website and go to immigrant visa page then click on the link thats says "click here for your case number" and then a new box will open and you put your NVC case number in it and it will show your interview date if your case has been entered in their system.

I don't know about the K visa types, I can only suggest try it and see.

I thought the Embassy makes those once the interview is requested but again I am not sure about the K type visas
