Still no news on a NOA1 for our second attempt.... I am starting to worry that this is just going to be exactly the same as the first time *sigh*

06-18-2006 Met online in WoW

04-25-2007 Admitted that we had feelings for each other started talking on skype everyday!

10-12-2007 Met in US in person for the first time, love at first sight lol, 2 perfect months together.

06-21-2008 Engaged

08-16-2008 Package finally put together and posted to Vermont! Let the real games begin.

08-21-2008 Delieved, least thats what Fedex told us....

08-27-2008 Check Cashed *dances* come on NOA1!!!!!

08-29-2008 NOA1

10-27-2008 RFE

11-10-2008 RFE returned

03-01-2009 Confirmed Case lost by USCIS

04-03-2009 Refiled K1 Visa application complete with expedite due to USCIS error.

05-14-2009 K1 package once again has vanished....

06-08-2009 Hired lawyer to proceed with Appeal process.

06-26-2009 Paperwork Fedex'ed to lawyer

07-02-2009 Lawyer submitted our suit to court

07-17-2009 Court day 2: Success, must respond by 21st August. - No result ever came from this.

10/06/2009 Withdrew K1 petition

10/10/2009 Married

10/24/2009 CR1 packet completed and posted

10/26/2009 Packet arrived at Chicago - And Submitted our Aussie application

11/04/2009 Application of CR1 returned - was rejected because of a "blurry zip code" we didn't bother to re-apply given that Chris had lost his job

04/05/2010 Australian application still pending

September 2010 - Chris arrived in Australia on Temporary Visa.

10/10/2011 - 2 year wedding anniversary - Chris to be granted Australian Permanent Residency

Summer 2012 - Planned immigration to USA.

*We have visited each other 8 times since 2007*

Oh Mara what the hell must be going on!!!!. I pray God for your approval honey.

In the mean time JOKE TIME!!!:

A teacher was doing a study testing the senses (taste) of first graders

using a bowl of lifesavers.

The children began to identify the flavors by their color:

Red.......................Cherry

Yellow..................Lemon

Green...................Lime

Orange................Orange

Finally the teacher gave them all HONEY lifesavers. After eating them,

none of the children could identify the taste of honey.

'Well,'..... she said, 'I will give you all a clue!

It's what your mother may

sometimes call your father.'

One little girl looked up in horror, spit her lifesaver out and yelled,

'Oh my God!! They're ####-holes. :rofl::rofl:

02/09/09 - Medical exam

02/16/09 - Sent back checklist and docs required by embassy.

03/13/09 - We will fly to see Daddy Gary

03/16/09 - 1 PM Interview (Pray God he gets visa)

03/16/09 - 5PM INTERVIEW PASSED WOOHOO. Thank God.

03/25/09 - Visa on hand! he went to DHL office after phone call received.

04/18/09 - My Cuchi came, (NYC)a wonderful unbelievable moment!:)

04/20/09 - We applied for marriage licence. (Township Municipal Bldg Health Dept.)

04/23/09 - Licence on hand

04/29/09 - Applied for Social Security (He was in system!)

04/30/09 - Wedding day!!! Yeeebaa

05/07/09 - SS card in mail. "valid for work only with DHS authorization"

05/13/09 - Sent AOS paperwork.

06/16/09 - Biometrics Apptmt.

06/25/09 - EAD Card in mail!

06/26/09 - Letter saying case transfered to Cali.

08/08/09 - Residence Card in Mail! Yuuupiiiiiii.

THE END FOR 2 MORE YEARS.

I don´t need patience if I have love. Ah I que Viva mi Guayaquil Carajo!

You know me and mhay been reading this forum for a year or so now...And for some reason it never dawned on us to pay attention to the changes...So it took like 6 weeks for "admin processing" at the NVC which was fun since when i got NOA2 we were all excited that it was going to be soon....So March 24th NVC sends it to manila and we been waiting and waiting so then I was like well lets just call but we both thought we were suppose to wait for some "packet" so I call and set her up an appointment and everything right over the phone like that....So the not paying attention to the details and just thinking we knew everything costed us about 3 extra weeks....So that was our "Admin Processing" i guess.

Our Timeline K1 My Version!!!!

11-22-06 She winks at me!!!!!

2-13-07 Fly to MNL

2-14-07 I get there for Valentines Day cause I am sweet like that!

2-20-07 I fly home....

7-10-07 I fly to Manila again before I go to Iraq

7-11-07 Engaged

7-12-07 We go to Tarlac to meet the family and stay there

7-17-07 I go home....

7-24-07 Go to Iraq

2-24-08 I come back from Iraq safe and sound cause I promised I would!

3-25-08 Fly to Manila AGAIN 3rd time on that flight (But it was a little better on Continetal Airlines to Japan cause there coach class has power ports for laptops.

4-22-08 End of the best month ever....even though I had to shower from a bucket like Iraq and buy her an AC cause I was dying at her house....Had to do the visa extension thing which was easy, I had a very good time for the month I was there and felt so much more comfortable about the future!

8-19-08 Touched

8-21-08 Received hard copy of NOA1

1-29-09 Touched again

3-24-09 NVC is finally done with whatever adminstrative processing they had to do.

I have no idea what they are doing, Chris called our friend at USCIS too see if he could find out something for us, sadly he wasnt in so he left a msg, hopefully tomorrow....

But please Fred, slap one of them, it might not do anything for us, but it will make me and I would think you, feel much better about the situation.

Hmmm... I can imagine the long wait Mara. It's been two weeks. If that were here in the Philippines, we wo0uld understand since lenten season is big here. Maybe the adjudicator was having a vacation, huh?

Looks like today is a sad day for me. Me and my fiance had a minor misunderstanding. I don't know what's gotten to me these days. I am not a jealous partner and I can swear by that. Even my exes would swear by that. I don't know what's happening to me lately. I get paranoid over the stupidest things and events.

Anyone else on the same page as me? I honestly don't know what to do. I certainly hope this is just a phase. This is so NOT me! On top of that, I am too proud to apologize.

4.11.2014: Received NOA2 approval notice in the mail.

5.01.2014: Called NVC to ask for status of paperwork. Advised they received both application on 4.28. Advised to call in 30 business days for an update.

6.02.2014: Email notification received from NVC that shows parents' NVC case number and instructions to pay AOS Fee and fill out DS 261.

6.03.2014: Paid AOS fee ($88 for both petitions)

HD - Yes I know how that feels. It's the separation that's causing that, totally normal. My SO did it to me last month and she apologized in the end. Totally normal.

In my case I'm freakin frustrated. Opportunity knocks on the door as the requir aside and put off? What is more important? I wish I can do everything on my own but I can't, I am human! I can't be in 2 places at the same time! I am already doing everything, established contacts in the embassy, NBI, sleepless nights, stressed and depression kickin in and all I ask for is a little help. I am not doing this for myself.

Sorry for the vent, i'm just so frustrated...................HD I'm with you.
