I just arrived in my hotel, I'm back in Portland for work for a day, whewwww busy week!

Well Girls and boys!!!!!! MY K1 VISA WAS APPROVED ON Marzh 31st!!!!!!!!!! It was so nice the officer who interiew us, It awas lioke having a conversation, talking about us, It was so comfortable!!!! they actually gave us our visa the same day!!!!! I athank god and Noah .. that he came to the interview with me, I am so nervious, but with him oh my god I felt great!!! must of the interview was in english, sometimes the offecier asked me questions in english and I answered in spanish hahahaha but cool, It was nice

Actually, he gave us back our complete I129F package!!!!!!! I didnt know they could do that!!!!!!!! my aafolder awas so large that it couldnt pass through the window, so the officer went out aand give it in my hands!!! he said "ok, i think this belongs to you" OH GOD! we have ALL our I129F support back!!!!!! hehehehe it was great!!!!!!!!!!

çwe are so happy, this is the best feeling EVER!!!! ahehehehe we are now visiting my family in mi hometowon

(paraguana) ahaving a great time!!!! We already bought our wedding rings!! they rock!!!! hehehe

Well, I wish you are all having an awsome time, and that we all finnally be with our lovers soon!!!!!!!!!

Awe thats so exciting Mia Grats :)

Thank you all for the kind wishes of being here, it has been so nice the last couple of days (minus the weather being truly crappy) it is just like being home again :) And no im not going into details :P

Chris was off to USCIS this morning to file all of our stuff and complete our expedite forms so that should be in this afternoon, we will see.. So hopefully before I head back to Aus my packet 3 will be ready to greet me at the door :)

06-18-2006 Met online in WoW

04-25-2007 Admitted that we had feelings for each other started talking on skype everyday!

10-12-2007 Met in US in person for the first time, love at first sight lol, 2 perfect months together.

06-21-2008 Engaged

08-16-2008 Package finally put together and posted to Vermont! Let the real games begin.

08-21-2008 Delieved, least thats what Fedex told us....

08-27-2008 Check Cashed *dances* come on NOA1!!!!!

06-26-2009 Paperwork Fedex'ed to lawyer

07-02-2009 Lawyer submitted our suit to court

07-17-2009 Court day 2: Success, must respond by 21st August. - No result ever came from this.

10/06/2009 Withdrew K1 petition

10/10/2009 Married

10/24/2009 CR1 packet completed and posted

10/26/2009 Packet arrived at Chicago - And Submitted our Aussie application

11/04/2009 Application of CR1 returned - was rejected because of a "blurry zip code" we didn't bother to re-apply given that Chris had lost his job

04/05/2010 Australian application still pending

September 2010 - Chris arrived in Australia on Temporary Visa.

10/10/2011 - 2 year wedding anniversary - Chris to be granted Australian Permanent Residency

Summer 2012 - Planned immigration to USA.

*We have visited each other 8 times since 2007*

3.15.2014: Mailed I-130 Packet for Mom and Dad

3.21.2014: Received email notification with case # for both petitions; case forwarded to NBC for processing

3.21.2014: Check cashed

3.22.2014: Hard copy NOA1 received

4.08.2014: Both I-130 approved (notification received via email) - It only took three weeks!!!

4.11.2014: Received NOA2 approval notice in the mail.

5.01.2014: Called NVC to ask for status of paperwork. Advised they received both application on 4.28. Advised to call in 30 business days for an update.

6.02.2014: Email notification received from NVC that shows parents' NVC case number and instructions to pay AOS Fee and fill out DS 261.

6.03.2014: Paid AOS fee ($88 for both petitions)

4.26.2013: Mailed N400 Packet

5.21.2013: Biometrics

7.18.2013: Testing and Interview

9.25.2013: Oath Ceremony

Lot's of good news today, looks like HW is past the extra torture time that china likes to add to the wait, practically ahead of schedule by that embassy's standards!

Noa&Mia: Everyone get's their k-1 packet back, usually it's shipped to them with their passport, apparently in your situation they handed it to you directly since they gave you your passport on the same day, the only thing I wonder is, is it still in a brown envelope with one of the corners missing? That's what you need at the PoE and if they gave it to you like that and you opened the brown portion, you need to have them reseal it, if they didn't give it to you in the brown envelope with one corner missing, you might want to call them up and ask if they are sending one or something.

HAPPY DANCER - Yes its coming closer and closer. I know i will miss the fan part of having my family members and friends. We can only fly my Mum and my baby sister to the US. They have their inerview for the B2 Visa on the 27th of April. Planning a wedding is a bit challenging here but i just buy most of the things on line. Trying to figure out the what i will get for the favors.

Chris went to USCIS on his way to work and we have officially refiled! Should have a tracking number by the middle of next week, wish us luck!
