hello my dear friends!!! please dont thin I forgot you all!! I have been having trouble with my PC, first it was the Explorer that didint let me in Facebook, and since last week didnt let me go in any page!!!!!!!!! I thnk I have a virus or something!!! oh well the thing is that I am back!:)

Fred and Mara, you both such great persons, I know I have wrote this many times, but I will write it again: please keep positives, as hard as it seems, keep your minds focus on what you want, and the universe will correspond to that feeling. And will give you what you want. Miracles do happen! I believe we are the creators of our lives, we create our future. Feel the way you will feel once you have what you want .... it`ll come.... for real! I am keeping you guys in my prayers!

Dani, you still dont have a date for your appointment??? I wish you the best girl!!!:)

Cuchita and Rod! congrats on your visa approval!!!!!!!!!:) I am so happy for you guys ...

HappyDacer, when are you planing to travel to the US??

Our interview is in one week and a half!! Noah is coming with me ... he arrives next saturday :) I am so excited!!!!!! This is like a dream!!!!

News from us, i got package 3 and need to start filling the forms and waiting for the affidavit of support from Chris and then i'll schedule an appoint for the interview, i can do the medical and the interview in one day...yesterday i passed 2nd of 6 exams and i'm more focused on school now :) but things are definitely going smooth now for us :)

Mia, very happy for your news too and HD when is your flight girl?

3.15.2014: Mailed I-130 Packet for Mom and Dad

3.21.2014: Received email notification with case # for both petitions; case forwarded to NBC for processing

3.21.2014: Check cashed

3.22.2014: Hard copy NOA1 received

4.08.2014: Both I-130 approved (notification received via email) - It only took three weeks!!!

4.11.2014: Received NOA2 approval notice in the mail.

5.01.2014: Called NVC to ask for status of paperwork. Advised they received both application on 4.28. Advised to call in 30 business days for an update.

6.02.2014: Email notification received from NVC that shows parents' NVC case number and instructions to pay AOS Fee and fill out DS 261.

6.03.2014: Paid AOS fee ($88 for both petitions)

N400:
4.26.2013: Mailed N400 Packet

5.21.2013: Biometrics

7.18.2013: Testing and Interview

9.25.2013: Oath Ceremony

Mehhh. Why do things that are so.. general.. always get moved from the general discussion to some forums that so few people read. Anyway. If anyone's bored, please help me here. When I see a form that needs to be filled in, I guess I forget my own name, let alone something else. :blink:

Interview Date: April 8th 2009, 10:30 - APPROVED!

K-1 Visa Received: April 9th 2009

POE: Aug 8th 2009, Minneapolis

Wedding: Aug 28th 2009

Our I-129f was approved in 107 days from our NOA1 date.

Our I-129f was approved in 114 days from our filing date.

Our case spent 52 days being chewed by NVC.

Our interview took 224 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

My babe is coming next saturday!!!!!! I am so happy!!!!!!!! hehehehe we are planing to visit my home town to spend some days with my mom and dad .... oh! have I told you guys that my mom visa was approved for 10 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it is a miracle!!!!!!! because here in venezuela is so hard to get a tourist visa!!!! but well, we really pray for this, and we got it, now she can visit us whenever she wants ...... my dad, is affraid of flying ... so I will be only seeing him when I come to visit ...

I had a great weekend, hope you all too!!!

Remember to keep positives, and thinking at least two times per day, about the thing you want the most! And it will come!!

I can't believe it! I got the CRIS email. We have the NOA2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm beyond thrilled. We got the NOA1 on August 21, 2008. Then the NOA2 comes on March 21, 2009 (email came this morning though--March 23, 2009). I guess the 21st of the month is a good day for us!!!

August 18, 2008-sent I-129F to VSC

August 20, 2008-I-129F delivered!

August 21, 2008-NOA1

August 26, 2008-Obtained case number from VSC!!!

March 21, 2009-NOA2

March 25, 2009-Learned that case received by NVC on March 24, 2009 & obtained CDJ case number!

March 26, 2009-Learned that case was sent to CDJ Embassy on March 25, 2009!!!

March 27, 2009-Received hardcopy NOA2!

As of March 16, 2009, we have had no touches and are still waiting for the NOA2.

Update: March 21, 2009-NOA2, email notification on March 23, 2009.

Update: March 25, 2009-Case at NVC!

Update: March 25, 2009-Case sent to CDJ!!!

Forms DS 156K and 230 should be filled in english or my language, bulgarian??

I'd think that english is the only langauge they'd want anything filled in, otherwise, you'd have to provide a translated copy as well... english is your friend whenever dealing with the US Government.
