Wonderful news from us, Chris called NVC and he asked for number and after they gave it he asked what they will do now, they said nothing cause our case is already in Bulgaria lol :) thats great, they said our case was perfect :) we're so happy...and tomorrow i'm calling the consulate to continue the process from here :)

3.15.2014: Mailed I-130 Packet for Mom and Dad

3.21.2014: Received email notification with case # for both petitions; case forwarded to NBC for processing

3.21.2014: Check cashed

3.22.2014: Hard copy NOA1 received

4.08.2014: Both I-130 approved (notification received via email) - It only took three weeks!!!

4.11.2014: Received NOA2 approval notice in the mail.

5.01.2014: Called NVC to ask for status of paperwork. Advised they received both application on 4.28. Advised to call in 30 business days for an update.

6.02.2014: Email notification received from NVC that shows parents' NVC case number and instructions to pay AOS Fee and fill out DS 261.

6.03.2014: Paid AOS fee ($88 for both petitions)

4.26.2013: Mailed N400 Packet

5.21.2013: Biometrics

7.18.2013: Testing and Interview

9.25.2013: Oath Ceremony

I got a pet ( puppy) shinese ( Half pekinese / half Shi tzu) to keep me company while my fiance is at work. I have been working lately on the wedding favors and wedding menu. I love the time i have for myself without having to worry about work like at home. I try to keep myself busy sometimes with playing pool, working out ( gym) , reading and sometimes checking on wedding stuff online.

I miss the nice weather , cant wait till spring is here officially and its all warm

i asked him what exactly ddid she talk about cause that gives us an idea what theyre looking into and he said they asked about the cosponser living in a diffrent state and if i have my own house or live with somone which of course i have my own house. maybe theyre looking at it as a badd thing but before they told us we only need somone in the u.s.

he wants to give it 2 weeks and then make plans for me to come live in kuwait. ugg i dont get what they are doing really i dont . at least if they give us some clue we could clear it up maybe.

no paper at all... you know indiana has really messed up weather.. some of my kids are there. me and my sister will be in indianapolis soon to goto a cafe there. the whole thing is they didnt give him anything. they just told him its under review and said they dont know how long. i feel like its somthing they say to people cause they dont wanna say denied to your face. im working on a letter now im gonna sen d it to everyone including obama :S

And I once again have internet!!!!!

So over the issues we have been having with it at this end, could have had it fixed on Wednesday if someone had decided to tell me the right info first time....... stupid tecs.....

Grats to all that got their visas whilst I have been MIA, Can't wait for you too all start your AOS adventure.

I fly out to the US in 11 days, im a little scared but I think Im going to be ok. I will keep you all posted.

Chris has everything together for us to re-file, he is going to a meeting at USCIS at 11am on the 31st (an hour after I am scheduled to arrive in LAX and should have cleared customs) to complete the expedite claim and ensure we have everything ready before we post it.

Im glad some of you will be here to cheer for me when we one day get approved :)

07-17-2009 Court day 2: Success, must respond by 21st August. - No result ever came from this.

10/06/2009 Withdrew K1 petition

10/10/2009 Married

10/24/2009 CR1 packet completed and posted

10/26/2009 Packet arrived at Chicago - And Submitted our Aussie application

11/04/2009 Application of CR1 returned - was rejected because of a "blurry zip code" we didn't bother to re-apply given that Chris had lost his job

04/05/2010 Australian application still pending

September 2010 - Chris arrived in Australia on Temporary Visa.

10/10/2011 - 2 year wedding anniversary - Chris to be granted Australian Permanent Residency

Summer 2012 - Planned immigration to USA.

I am finally done collecting paperwork for the interview, whee. All I'm missing is my fiance's financial stuff, but that's coming along with him on April 3rd. :star:

Interview Date: April 8th 2009, 10:30 - APPROVED!

K-1 Visa Received: April 9th 2009

POE: Aug 8th 2009, Minneapolis

Wedding: Aug 28th 2009

I wont be posting here for a while I am afraid, my SO has just lost his job and we need to get sorted. Our whole future is in the balance.

Aug 21st - GC production ordered

Aug 24th - Welcome to the USA letter received

Aug 31st - Rec'd son's GC

Sept 2nd - Rec'd my GC ....all set for 2 years now

LIFTING CONDITIONS

June 20th sent I-751 to Vermont

June 25th received at Vermont.

June 27th NOA date

July 2nd Packet returned as section not filled in correctly---how stupid am I?!?!?

July 5th Packet sent back (overnight delivery) to USCIS with form filled in correctly

July 6th Packet received and signed for at Vermont

August 18th Biometrics Appointment in Philly........JULY 27TH EARLY BIOMETRICS DONE

Nearly 1 year later!!!
....received notification for my son to get biometrics done!(May 15th 2012)

May 11th 2012 Son's biometrics done early

June 2012 - Notice of lifting of conditions received

June 12th - texts- GC in production

June 13th - text- GC in post
