Hello all :o) I was wondering if somone who is doign a K1 in PI could help me understand the process a little bit more cause looking at other ppls timelines is confusing me some. So i got my NOA2 my girl just got done doing 2 days of the medical at St Lukes and everything went well. I have the interview set for april2nd. Now where i am confused is with this packet 3 and packet 4 ?? Now i got my fiance all the required W2's and bank stuff and all the other forms as well as the 3 forms she needs to fill out i think it was something like 156 156k and 157 forms. Does she need to mail them in or just take them to her interview? And does PI have a packet 4 ?

Rod and Cuchita - CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HYENA - Please hang in there. It's an RFE - that's a big delay but it will come. Keep the faith.

FallIn4her - No more packet 3 and 4 in the Philippines. She may download all the instructions and needed forms from the USEM website. Here's the link and the instructions:

http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3238.html - download the link that says: K1 Interview Preparation Instructions either Tagalog or English at the bottom of the page.

If it makes you feel better. PM me and give me her number so i can guide her.

Hope this helps.

Something random, perfectly off topic and not at all K1 related.. but it'll keep us on the first page! ;)

Why does it say my signature is too long when I want to add more to it? There are countless people on VJ who have there a lot more than I do, including huge JPGs, tickers and whatnot. What's in my signature right now is the most it'll hold for me. Is it the color? Are the repetitive codes what is filling in my space requirement?

The repetitive codes ARE using your space. Use less HTML/color etc and it'll be fine, an image only takes a small amount of text and the actual size (dimensions) of the image aren't necessarily related to the file size etc... Some people who display a LOT of information use an image because it doesn't take much space to setup... but it's tedious to change... Anyway, less color, or at least optimize it a bit... most of your text is orange, so if you have more than an opening orange and closing orange tag get rid of them, put it at the start and end... then for any other colors start them in the middle (I think you can do this but I haven't tested).
