Congratz Feddy!, I´ll ley you know guys how everything goes with speeding ticket , another court appearance is for nov the 4th, Judge said it will be the last one, if cop doesn´t appear case will be dismissed, but I don´t think so, most of them go. They are gonna lock me out!!!!!!!!!!!

The prosecutor talks to every person before we see the judge, so the court fees pay her salary. But she is a nice person thou. I am lucky I have plenty vacaion time, but still sucks having to take it for this stupidity, oh well is my fault and I will pay the price, but I was not doing 62!!!!

Freddy: Maybe you had interview cause they wanted to make sure you will take care of those kids. I am also a Naturalized citizen and case transferred to Cali, everything was fast!.

Aww Mara, I can't imagine how you're feeling. It was bad enough saying goodbye without the added stress of this insane ride you've been on. Try and think positive. You're married now, and have 2 applications going on, plus a possibility of an expedite.

Mara, as Gemmie said, there is more than one option in the works for both of you right now so don't worry, I know it is easier said than done, but the hard part is over for both of you, you have 3 options and at least one is bound to work out for sure!

I love my husband so much.. that's it, really.

Needed to say it to someone, and he's at work.

This time last year I was in England, waiting for the NOA2 and counting down the weeks until I could see my fiancee again. Now we're together and our future is looking bright. We have so much to look forward to and I'm so grateful.

Mara and MARM, I know you're going through such a huge struggle and I truly believe that soon you'll both be with your fiance/husband for good. Remind yourself how much you love each other every day, and then treasure it forever.

First I am sorry Mara.

Second: My hubby is in ESL classes now! Yeyyyy he is so excited about it, he wants to learn fast. I'm trying to help him as much as I can. Luckily the classes are free. His next step is getting the driver's licence, he cant' find the time to study for that!.

Hi its only Marm and I left waiting for anything so i think its a little lost

Oh USCIS sent our CR1 back to use with "rejected" on it, because their machine couldn't read the clearly printed "2" at the end of Chris' zip, Chris rang them and they told us to "print clearer" next time

Looks like Australia is in the lead to winning us as a prize....

I don't know about that. I believe that 98% of everyone has moved on and is done with immigration for 2 years or so.

I myself am venturing out to the new comers threads helping new filers and such
