I am newbie here. What will happen if NOA 2 date is expired ?

We have had our NOA 2 approved since December 19th but NVC never received it and USCIS informed us that our case is not in their system anymore because they said they have sent it away to NVC. We are seeing alot of missing approved cases missing from December 19th 2008 here on VJ.

NOTHING, the consulates have the authority to extend the validity of the K-Visa NOA2 expiration, this is the case in many consulate, especially the slower consulates like China. China NEVER interviews before the expiration date of the NOA2 letter.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

You can call NVC to see if they've received your approved petition (you must talk to a human) and/or have sent it off .....or call DOS to see if the Embassy has received it or sent the information packet out to the beneficiary.
