Sorry, but his is probably the wrong forum....

My husband came here last week- we have moved into a new apartment, so we need to change our address. The USCIS website is really confusing- what do we need to do to change the address? Can we just do it online? Do we have to fill the AR-11 form out?

The USCIS website just keeps talking about... if your case is pending, do this.... why does it have to be so cryptic?

Any suggestions?

Hi,

Your husband has to file AR-11 for change of address and you as the sponser has to file I-865. AR-11 can done online at www.uscis.gov and download I-865 from that same website and mail them. Once received, they will send a receipt of updateing in their records.

Your husband has to file AR-11 form within 10 business days of moving to new address in USA (better file online).

You as sponsor need to file I-865 (sponsor's notice of change of address) form to USCIS.
