Answer the RFI. Send them the information they requested.

Send it certified.

The phone number for USCIS should be on your paperwork - or you can go to their website.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

If you live close enough I would make an infopass appointment at your local USCIS office, Take the letter with you and check that they need this other info first.

If you live to far away to easily get to your local office I would just send what they are asking for and see what happens.

Believe it or not I found my way with a live person at USCIS they were really nice!

she said most likely they ve made a mistake and to sent copies of the letter RFE and sent a cover letter that says"Please Review and verify if this was an error and blah bla

she thought it was strange they woudl have sent the green card and a silly rfe specially when my hubby got those tests done in peru and were given to emabassy in a selaed envelope and were attached to the visa package when he arrived here and given to an officer there, so hence of course page 2 of the medical form is missing he didnt get seroligic tests done here it was just a vaccination transfer!

du

HAAA THEY MAKE MISTAKES TOOO =)
