Filed: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Country: Iran
Timeline

The problem is with any other visa they want the person to assure them without a doubt they will return back to their country and there is no people, places or things tying them to the US. It really contradicts the values of a true loving relationship and missing that person and having them visit us to keep the nurturing strong while waiting for our visa approvals. But, they will verify if that person has strong ties and commitments i.e. employment, property, children, family, etc. in their country that they will return. My spouse can't come and I don't know of many that have been so fortunate. It is usually the US petitioner that must travel to their beneficiary-applicant. I don't want to discourage you. Good Luck, Lisa

you can try expediting your file by calling USCIS and give them hardships reason. I dont if they will accept the expedite but it wont hurt trying.

Those checks are massed stamped, pulled off petition and stamped For Deposit Only, doubt if they would notice if made out to Mickey Mouse.

I hope it goes fine for you.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.
