I find it interesting that so many have said that being naked in front of the doctor is something new. How do the doctors elsewhere examine you if you're dressed???

As someone who has been getting regular pap smears since I was 14, also a laser procedure at 19 while a bunch of med students watched- I have no qualms about being naked for the Doctor.

I would guess that in some Countries, regular Paps and exams aren't really that common.

As many times as I've been hospitalized , one does loose their modesty after awhile.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

i still get a little iffy, but my husband is alot more calm about it. hes not like HERE LOOK!!! but in mexico part of being interviewed for the better jobs means youhave to go to the doctors and get inspected. they strip you and check you for tattoos, piercings, ususual scars, and broken bones. So he has had that quite a few times.
