Hello to all who got approval of I-130 (NOA2) towards end of February or beginning of March..

Did you guys get hard copy of NOA2?

Did you guys get NVC case # assigned?

08/31/2012 - Received email from USCIS saying the package is accepted
09/11/2012 - Received a letter saying case transferred Lee's Summit, MO
02/15/2013 - Received an email saying case is approved
02/22/2013 - I-130 NOA2 hard copy received

That's great conquest, Good luck for rest of the journey...Maybe I should have added the "from VSC" at the end of the topic :) ..... For some reason, I feel like VSC has stopped sending stuff to NVC.. I want to get out of this 'stuck' situation and have a peaceful weekend!!!!!

Champi - it usually takes 2-3 days for the case to get from VSC to NVC. so I would check again later today, but the should have it by monday. Also when you call NVC, speak to an operator and do not rely on the AVR.

Thanks queuedup....I did speak to operator y'day and she said they haven't received the file yet.....there was another VJ member who hasn't got assigned a case # yet and he/she was approved on 20th Feb... I'll keep trying though....I've been calling that AVR thing like 10 times a day since Wednesday...

Don't bother with the AVR, it is updated on a delay, so its better to get a hold of an operator. I suspect the NVC has received a lot of mail, since there has been a series of approvals being reported on VJ over the last 2-3 weeks. That may also add to the delay of getting the case number.

Hardcopy received 5 days after electronic notification. The case was assigned the day after that. Now awaiting the DS-3032 to be assigned and the AOS fee to be billed.

Application changed to five year as mark reached while waiting for interview

Passed civic test and interview recommends approval !!!

10-30-2014 - NOA hand letter stating recommendation for approval and wait for letter of approval and oath
11-13-2014 - Case Status updated "We scheduled your oath ceremony"
