Waiting time for interview schedule in US Embassy Manila

greetings. i'am a newbie here at VJ and i need some help regarding my interview. i'am being petitioned by my father under the category F2-B. my priority date is oct 1997. after accomplishing all the requirements for submission, which i sent to my dad via dhl to the us, it was received by the nvc last feb 12, '09. my question are as follows:

1. how long will the nvc to review my case?

2. after reviewing my case, how long will it take for my case to be receive by the us embassy here in manila?

3. how long will i wait for my interview schedule?

4. when can i call the embassy to ask if they received my case and when is my interview schedule?

hope you guys can answer my inquiries as soon as possible. thank you very much. more power to Visa Journeys!
