Hi every1.

Im looking at my rejected AOS from a K1 visa and i really dont understand what they want.

I gave $1010 in one cheque and all th forms. The reason on the rejection noticeis that i need to include either my I130, or I360 Or I797.

Just so i can clarify..as im going from a k1 visa i dont need the 1st two. I needed to include a copy of my approval notice of when i got my K1 visa peition right, which I did.

Thing is I would understand (be frustrated) if they just missed it out but theyve even marked the noa2!!

Im so confused. My husband seems to think that theyre not asking for the NOA2 from the K1 peition approval as its expired and i need to send one of the other forms...

what shall i do? we got married within the 90 day period and i ticked on the i485 that i entered as a k1 visa holder...

any suggestion??? :crying:

I would schedule an infopass appointment. Bring ALL of the paperwork you submitted with your AOS package and the RFE papers...see if they can help you figure out why it was rejected. It sounds like someone made a clerical mistake...hopefully they can appeal it for you! If they can't figure out why it was rejected and they are unwilling to appeal, I would get contact your local representative and see if what they can do.

See my timeline for my K-1 and AOS/EAD/AP details.
