For those waiting to see if you can flip your interview dates (CR1 for K3). Today when I called NVC they told me that since we missed the April interview scheduling date, we would have to call the Embassy and ask them to request from NVC for our CR1 package. If they are willing to do this then it is still possible that we can utilize our May 11th K3 interview date. Otherwise we are looking at a 4 - 8 week delay.

Eric, we plan on doing the same provided our CR1 is out of AP by then. Our K3 was just sent to consulate yesterday and since NVC closed the interview window for May we are hoping to get a May interview with K3 and then flip to CR1. Let's see how lucky we will be. At this point, even if we got an early June interview I won't be too upset cz that just will allow ample time for NVC to release our CR1.

DS 230 Accepted

Waiting for NVC to review and fix the $crewup with IV bill before CASE COMPLETE

Now that I know the DS230 and AOS have been accepted...starting tomorrow I am going to pressure NVC and let them know they are hold me back, because of their system $crewup

Most definitely! This is ridiculous!! Best of luck for my twinie The silver lining for u is that at least u have no RFEs to worry about, but still I agree it's soooooo not fair and no fun being kept away from our spouses like this! and not knowing when exactly we can be reunited as yet!! 270 days and counting

We just received the Instruction Packet Agent today thru email and the DS230 status is now PAID according to CSR (finally).....

We submitted the DS230 today also but the AOS docs are still on the process.... Hopefully this week, we will be able to finalize about that Current Anual Income

Okay, crisis averted.

I just checked the online payment system and the IV Fee Bill was listed as "PAID" with the cover sheet available. So, that is good. I guess we didn't pay it too early.

We got an e-mail about submitting all of the evidence in an envelope marked "DOCUMENTS ONLY", but the NVC never sent it to us. Does anyone know anything about this?

I am so livid!!!

AOS and DS230 have been accepted and we are being held up because NVC has yet to fix the issue with the IV bill showing pending in their system. NVC is delaying Case complete for no apparent reason

i called the nvc today and they said that they have recieved a mail from meon 15th april, which is my aos and ds230 packet it know!!!and it is under review.....praying for no RFE's plzzzzzzzzz

I am almost in the final stages and hoping for a case complete tomorrow. I am no longer able to sign into the online NVC payment site which is typically the case when the case is about to be wrapped up at NVC I was told tonite that both my DS 230 and AOS have been accepted with no RFEs WOOHOO hubby and I can breathe a little now...we were driving ourselves crazy with stress throughout this bumpy NVC ride!! So much for it being a smooth ride! Can't wait till we're out of there!

I am almost in the final stages and hoping for a case complete tomorrow. I am no longer able to sign into the online NVC payment site which is typically the case when the case is about to be wrapped up at NVC I was told tonite that both my DS 230 and AOS have been accepted with no RFEs WOOHOO hubby and I can breathe a little now...we were driving ourselves crazy with stress throughout this bumpy NVC ride!! So much for it being a smooth ride! Can't wait till we're out of there!

I feel like I am in limbo. Still waiting for UK Police certificate that I applied for as soon as we got approval at USCIS. I called them a few days ago and was told it was being processed, so much for their stated processing time of 10 days
