i decided to go with K3 instead of CR1. Do i need to notify NVC? my interview is on april 9 for K3 and i have received the AOS fee bill and packet IV bill. do i just ignore it?

Yes u can ignore the AOS and IV Bills. The CR-1 process will not continue until you pay the bills.

hi guys

im preparing my hubbys affidafit of support papers.

i have two quik question. is work study from school counted as employment? if so then how do i explain my annual income?becuae the income is only semester wise.

the other question is my joint sponsor who is making enough gave me three of his most recent tax returns but only this years w2s that go with it...

also his letter of employement is just a letter of how much he is earning.... but nothign saying he is employed at this this adress as this this positions... blabla

will we get an RFE???

Everyone else sounds like they are making some good progress too... so that is really good to see.

We still have no update... no NVC number... even though there are lots of people who got their NOA2 after us and already have their case number. :unsure:

His_Wifey, did you ever figure out if the Naples, Italy consulate is an Appointment Post or Standard Processing? I still can't really find any definitive information on it. If anyone else knows, please feel free to chime in!

AOS was accepted in 4 business days.

I hope we don't get any RFE's on the DS230....( there is one otentional for a RFE) - Keeping our fingers crossed.
