Update: hubby's DS 230 and civil docs arrived at lawyer's office today. His assistant is working on finalizing things for us. Both AOS/IV packets should go out in the same envelop either tomorrow or Monday. Hoping they are at NVC by March 31st. Let's see if I can be as lucky as Candid and Seren in securing an interview in May. At least I can rest this weekend. At this point there is nothing else for us to do but let things take their course...hopefully no RFEs and a quick case complete at NVC. Wishing on karma stars :star::star::star::star:

Almost for sure you will be scheduled for May. I was checking the timeline of some VJ's members and the average time for review is 3 to 7 days, again AVERAGE!!!. You know how these people can mess up your file but hopefully it won't happen to you.

You will see by end of next week you willl be out of NVC. :dance::dance: Enjoy it!!!

I am waiting on NVC to scan my DS 3032 such that they can generate the IV bill

My AOS is currently under review (since yesterday)

JUST WAITING!!! Hopefully AOS gets accepted with no RFE.
