To all my ladies and gents, karma stars are in order :star::star::star::star::star:

i dont think i've hit AP yet. and i already have an interview date. So does that mean I could hit AP on my interview or when i adjust my status?

According to one NVC operator the chances of I 130 being put in AP are very slim at NVC stage. However, depending on ur consulate, you might hit AP post interview. We all hope we won't get delayed further than we already have. I just want my husband back! :crying:

i dont think i've hit AP yet. and i already have an interview date. So does that mean I could hit AP on my interview or when i adjust my status?

eails suck, you should ask them to mail you a hard copy to you or to the US

maibe that gets there sooner, the email system is screwy

try getting the IIN number the invoice number, see if they will give you that

Seren, at least the BS has changed from it wasn't scanned to now waiting in queue... (and No QUE, we're not talking abt u :lol: )

Guess what guys? Something told me to check our online account to see if the bill was reflected as paid and IT WAS!! WOW I can't believe how fast things start moving with the new NVC online system. I am loving it!! I love being able to check the account online. Now we wait for hubby to mail us the required docs and for the lawyer to get the packet ready to send. I hope he moves fast and doesn't ask me to be patient!!! :whistle: cz then I won't be too happy abt it :angry: I am hoping all of our docs will be mailed out to NVC by next Friday! I am giving myself a week to get everything out. Let's see if it works.......

As JAVC said this is only one step closer but we are not out of the woods yet, at least not until our lawyer gets a move on it and we get to case complete. I am sure he will ask me to allow him a few days and will give the same shpeal of how there are other customers he needs to be servicing :unsure: I need a special Candid magic speedy potion for him :lol:

Candid, when did you mail your completed package to NVC?

JAVC, please explain what you mean on your timeline where it says:

"03-19-09 - IV bill can be payed online but NVC hasn't generated the bill" Did you get an email like I did from NVC telling you the bill is now ready to be paid with instructions on how to pay it online?

I was under the impression that once the bill is available to be paid online it means it's been generated! Q, jump in please :help:

Thank u Aruba and JAVC!

As JAVC said this is only one step closer but we are not out of the woods yet, at least not until our lawyer gets a move on it and we get to case complete. I am sure he will ask me to allow him a few days and will give the same shpeal of how there are other customers he needs to be servicing :unsure: I need a special Candid magic speedy potion for him :lol:

You cannot imagine how much I do LOOOOOVEEE lawyers.. So much that I want to break our lawyer's neck before terminating his service. LOL.. :devil:

Sarita - This change of system is making us all suffer. I do hope you get that choice of agent thingy. It would be faster after that..

Georgina - How's your case?

Jenn - I do hope you get the case number at the soonest.

Everyone else including me - May we get out of NVC ####### soon..

I need to be with my husband at the soonest.. :crying:

Candid, when did you mail your completed package to NVC?

JAVC, please explain what you mean on your timeline where it says:

"03-19-09 - IV bill can be payed online but NVC hasn't generated the bill" Did you get an email like I did from NVC telling you the bill is now ready to be paid with instructions on how to pay it online?

I was under the impression that once the bill is available to be paid online it means it's been generated! Q, jump in please :help:

I mailed my IV package on the 6th.. Since it's from Manila, it took 3 days to reached NVC. Our case was put in their system on 12th.. We are still waiting till now.. Yesterday the operator said, it is almost done.. :unsure:
