I have Question?

If I enter US on K-3 let say and I my cr-1 gets done before my adjustment of status what happens

can I do interview and get cr-1?

Just got off the phone with NVC and they informed me that my case is in the system waiting for an email to be generated out to me any day now....

Serendipity - That's good news you should see the email soon. Hopefully your DS-3032 is also accepted by then.

Aruba - Keep checking, that's what the told me and when I called back two days later the case was completed.

i dont think i've hit AP yet. and i already have an interview date. So does that mean I could hit AP on my interview or when i adjust my status?

I was told yestesday my case was in queue waiting for an email to be generated out to me...Still no email

It's 2 weeks to the day since Approval and 10 days since case was rec'd by NVC....

we need all the help we can get.

Just got off the phone with NVC operator.. I was just confused.. She said that they received the packages on 12th and that the IV package is ok. Then she said again that it is still under review..

How long would it take????????

Sometimes cases are reviewed, and then are also reviewed by a supervisor, before the case is complete. Your case might be awaiting a supervisor review. If everything in your package was ok, you should get your case completed in the next couple of days.

I just hope so.. I called again just to be sure that we're not on AP!!! Thank goodness, we are not.. The operator said that it was just the usual review.. I am wishing for case completion soon..

I want everybody in here to be out of NVC at the soonest!!!!

I originally posted a nice long message, and then it clicked, wrong forum! DOh! so now, just saying 'hi'

DOH! lol welcome and glad you found us. This forum was very supportive for me and super informative. I know more than my attorney does to the point where I drive him insane with the flood of info and he would rather wait for step by step instructions from NVC. I want to sprint 1000 miles forward and he is only moving one foot at a time

Que, I hope u are right about our bill showing up as paid so my lawyer can print and mail the bar codes. Oh boy means I will be dodged again on Friday So not looking forward to another one of his "Be patient" blah blah blah...lectures.
