Hello everyone, now that I have my tax stuff resolved, I am a lot more relaxed. Now back to planning my trip to India :) Can't wait to see my wife!!!!

Just got off the phone with NVC operator.. I was just confused.. She said that they received the packages on 12th and that the IV package is ok. Then she said again that it is still under review..

How long would it take???????? :angry:

BTW, funny how things turn out sometimes. My hubby was very upset our K3 was in AP and we were dead set against CR1 thinking it would take longer but now look what happened. In our case things happened for a reason...

I am a big believer that things happen for a reason, but COME ON NOW!!!!

Tried to update my earlier post and got an error...

I climbed out of tax hell today...thank god, and im back to planning my trip to India. Can't wait to see my wife's face when I show up in India. I will have to call my father-in-law and tell him im coming, since her parents are worried about her coming to the US alone.

Jen - Hang in there!!!

Lisa - being in tax hell was not fun.

Serendipity - Any update on your DS-3032 and AOS Bill?

GS - If the bills were paid online using a bank account, they should show up with a status of paid by Friday. Keep checking the online system, because as soon as it shows paid, the barcode sheets can be printed and mailed.

Aruba - Any update from NVC???

Sometimes cases are reviewed, and then are also reviewed by a supervisor, before the case is complete. Your case might be awaiting a supervisor review. If everything in your package was ok, you should get your case completed in the next couple of days.

Sometimes cases are reviewed, and then are also reviewed by a supervisor, before the case is complete. Your case might be awaiting a supervisor review. If everything in your package was ok, you should get your case completed in the next couple of days.

I just hope so.. I called again just to be sure that we're not on AP!!! Thank goodness, we are not.. The operator said that it was just the usual review.. I am wishing for case completion soon..

I want everybody in here to be out of NVC at the soonest!!!!

Husbie, scheduled K3 interview on the 22nd of April. Guess it's enough time for our CR1 to completed and sent to USEM Manila.

The confirmation we received, Visa type: K3 and K4.. I do not have any child though.. :unsure: Is it normal? :wacko:

I haven't called NVC since this morning...do not want to be disappointed.

Queue: when I called this morning I was told a final review of the information input into NVC was completed 03/16/09...only after this review is completed can they or will they generate DS3032 and AOS bill.

I emailed them my choice of agent yesterday and again today....someone at NVC read my email today cos I got a read receipt. So I know they have it.....Hopefully tomorrow!!!

Hey guyz,

I can't believe this, I've never looked at this forum before. I kept going to IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa General Discussion forum without knowing of this one. I kept wondering for last couple days, "where is my batch of march approvals and why no one cares". Now I know why, they've all been in NVC forums. I am bit late I guess, specially after seeing 25 pages of this thread. Anyway, just wanted to say 'hi'' to fellow march approvers.

I got approved on March 2nd and just got a NVC case # y'day so it has been a pretty slow ride from USCIS to NVC for me. Let's hope things get bit faster that that.... Good luck to all!!
