Normally after they approved your petition they "touched" again but only to send it out to NVC. So be happy you are out of USCIS!!! Give them like 2 o 3 days and start calling the NVC at (603) 334-0700 and ask if they received your petition, use the USCIS receipt number find out the status.

Your case was probably shipped out to NVC.

Call NVC 603-334-0700 and inquire if they have rec'd your case. You will have to provide them your I 130 receipt number. Good Luck

Yeah, I tried hard to find you guys a reason but sometimes we don't know what the reasons are until later.

When my K3 was stuck in AP and others shipped to embassy it was heartbreaking to read the forums but then I was able to convinve hubby maybe we should take this as a sign that CR1 is the one to follow.

I can definitely understand ur frustration and sympathize with you. I know how it would make me feel if it was me in ur shoes. Seren, urs should be coming up soon since at least ur files are scanned and u have ur case numbers. Jen, I hope ur letters create the much needed miracle for you. It is definitely aggravating to call NVC and be given the run around and to be told 90 days!! That's just plain ridiculous! In cases like yours, a supervisor should be able to resolve the issue. I wish you lots of luck and hope u see the light at the end of the tunnel soon. Meanwhile, (((((((((((Jen)))))))) (F)

Since I don't know the reasons for urs just like I didnt know the one for mine a while ago, all I have right now are some positive karma :star::star::star::star: I can send ur way and Candid can whip up the magic potions needed.

Yes, mine were touched on March 6th (a day after I was approved) and NVC said that is the day my file arrived, but it didn't get a case # assigned till the following Monday March 9th.

BTW, funny how things turn out sometimes. My hubby was very upset our K3 was in AP and we were dead set against CR1 thinking it would take longer but now look what happened. In our case things happened for a reason...

I am a big believer that things happen for a reason, but COME ON NOW!!!!
