The recent approvals seem to have slowed NVC down, im sure the switch to the email system is also not helping.

When we were at VSC they had completely slowed down...Finally we are so excited about getting to NVC and the waiting continues 003.gif

Welcome :) You know how they say when one door closes a window will open. So now one wait is over at VSc and another has begun at NVC. Hope we all move to our destinations soon!! VERY SOON!!

I agree. That is my theory too, but I am hoping the switch to email moves us through faster once the bills are generated and we can pay them. Time for some karma stars! :star::star::star::star::star:

I just received packet 3 yesterday - instruction that I could already schedule an appointment for K3. Hmmm.. Cannot do anything though, not unless we received good news from NVC.. If our case would be completed by this week then I could schedule an interview by mid April and try to flip it to CR1. 000202EC.gif

Yeah, I tried hard to find you guys a reason but sometimes we don't know what the reasons are until later.

When my K3 was stuck in AP and others shipped to embassy it was heartbreaking to read the forums but then I was able to convinve hubby maybe we should take this as a sign that CR1 is the one to follow.

I can definitely understand ur frustration and sympathize with you. I know how it would make me feel if it was me in ur shoes. Seren, urs should be coming up soon since at least ur files are scanned and u have ur case numbers. Jen, I hope ur letters create the much needed miracle for you. It is definitely aggravating to call NVC and be given the run around and to be told 90 days!! That's just plain ridiculous! In cases like yours, a supervisor should be able to resolve the issue. I wish you lots of luck and hope u see the light at the end of the tunnel soon. Meanwhile, (((((((((((Jen)))))))) (F)

Can someone help me understand this, I received the email approval notice for my I-130 last friday Mar. 13, then when I checked USCIS website today it was touched again on the 16th. What do ya'll think happened?
