yep, just got off the phone with them. nobody knows anything

NVC says they don't have any record, USCIS says they have no iformation. Senators office and Congressional offices say it was sent March 6th. Its in limbo land. This is so frustrating

I am just guessing, we are all "LUCKY" enough that when we left USCIS, NVC became loaded with tons of approvals too.. Thus, it would take them ages to put the papers in the system.. I think your papers reached NVC but weren't put in the system yet for the reason that we all don't know.. I hope that you could at least get your case number before this week ends..

I called NVC this evening and got a very rude rep who basically told me I had called twice today and to quit calling as there is no update...

I informed her that if she kept up with the attitude the next time I called would be to speak to her supervisor...

Oh I am so not done for the day 11:00PM call coming up :devil:

NVC excuse is that they have a new green system....what they now have is a messed up system....just my luck I get to NVC when they decide to try out a new process.

Sarita - You better report her.. If not for us "callers", then they do not have jobs to keep.. LOL.. That's what I am telling my husbie whenever he is telling me the reps might be irk because we're calling almost everyday. :P

Why do we need to suffer for their "NEW SYSTEM"??? :angry:

GS: I know you mentioned in an earlier post about ppl receiving Choice of Agent & AOS bill in 8 days? Wow! So many other have gotten that in 2 days :angry::ranting:

FYI there are moderators listening on the lines. One rep was rude to me and I got snippy back with her and the moderator jumped in and yelled at me telling me my case wasn't there and I need to wait 90 days. Both of them were nasty. It seems we are all getting nasty reps. I complained to the Senators office today. He requested all the info my attorney sent regarding my denied expedite for the petition. He is going to request an expedite from the NVC. I am sure it won't work out but at least someone is willing to do something. The congressional office pretty much told me to pound sand. Real nice, huh?

That's crazy! I was thinking about that too today. These ppl are working till midnite. Might explain why they are impatient. Must have been a long shift... Imagine we all put in an expedite to NVC like we did USCIS and all of a sudden we get denied but then suddenly it might work lol What are the odds of that same coincidence happening twice? (rhetorical question :whistle: )
