Thanks, candid, I will hold that crown if my CR1 leaves NVC in 3 weeks, but the way things are going with Aruba, I am so not sure :whistle: I guess we will c :unsure:

Hi Maya and welcome :) . We waited 230 days for approval. Most ppl in our thread didn't get approved till passing the 7 months mark. What month did you file? And now our K3 is stuck at AP in NVC as if we haven't been delayed enough already. Good luck!

03/05/09: K3 and I 130 both approved! FINALLY after 230 emotionally trying days @ VSC!!

03/06/2009 : NVC Received; 03/09/09 Case Number Assigned; 03/10/09 K3 stuck in AP

03/17/2009 : AOS/IV fee bills generated (by email @ 10:00 p.m.); 03/18/2009 : AOS/IV fee bills paid online

03/27/2009 : AOS/DS 230 package sent to NVC; 04/02/2009 : AOS & DS-230 entered into NVC system

04/14/2009 : Found out K3 was forwarded to the consulate in Leb and CR1 stuck in AP; 04/18/09: K3 delivered

04/20/09: WOOHOO CR1 already out of AP; DS 230/AOS accepted with no RFEs!! Sign in failed on NVC payment site.

The AOS Bill and DS-3032 should get generated on Monday. I think NVC is slowing down a little, as they are trying to convert to an almost all email process.

Hi, I need help

I am a newbie and am not sure if I am doing everything correctly. Me and my husband received a approval for an I-130. The letter said that I file was sent to NVC for processing of a visa. I AM CONFUSED....bc my husband is here in the US and does not need a visa. Why did they send our paperwork there???? I am oblivious to this process....we have a lawyer and he does not make sense to me. Since, he is already here in the country why do we need a visa.

You will be able to complete NVC by the EOM. As soon as your AOS and DS-3032 are generated, things will start moving.
