You can send an email requesting the choice of agent for your case. You don't actually send the DS-3032 form as an attachment.

You send an email from the beneficiaries email account, using the following template:

we got approved before our hard copy got to them

AVR said today that my IV bill has been paid

But when i talked to an opertator she said it is not been paid

and it been going back and fort on that

I also hear that my case is to be reviewed by a Supervisor

As for my packages still up for review, they just received them last week and they have not reviewed them yet

My packages arrived same day your IV package reached NVC QUE??

So I don't know anymore

today online pay site had both paid finally

$400 was listed unpaid for a over a week

but now the site is down

Aruba - Yes our packages arrived at NVC the same day. Once they get the payment thing resolved, your case should be completed within a day or so.

IV BILL PAID!!!!

WE SHOW RECEIVED SOME MAIL LAST WEEK

WILL TAKE A COUPLE OF WEEKS TO BE REVIEWED, CAL US BACK IN A FEW WEEKS

i asked does the CR-1 if complete make my K-3 invalid, he said NO, ONe does not affect the other, now what am i suppose to believe!!!

Why do you think that? It should get cleared up, if the AVR is bouncing around they are probably trying to update the system.

Is the AOS fee bill sent the same time as the DS3032?

b/c i got my ds3032 by email and they got it the next business day in the mail. I am waiting for my AOS bill but i thought they come it at the same time. One of the rep said ds3032 has to be received to generate the AOS bill. i called a second time and another rep said I shouldve received the AOS bill with the ds3032. So she said she sent a note to the supervisor to email me the AOS fee bill asap. Im so confused. sheesh.

Depending on the CO (consulate officer) at the consulate, some people get placed in AP sometimes even after passing the interview . Not sure how often that happens though.

JAVC was absolutely right, I just called and NVC confirmed that they intent to use email notifications going forward.

Queue / Aruba- All my paper work is ready and good to go. Any idea how long before the DS3032 is generated? what about the AOS bill....should I be expecting both to be generated this week?

AOS BIll and DS-3032 are generated at the same time.

Once you pay the AOS Bill and the status is paid, you can submit the I-864 package.

Once the DS-3032 is accepted, the IV bill is generated, once the IV bill is Paid and the status is Paid, you can submit the DS-230 package.

The AOS and DS-230 tracks work in parallel at NVC.
