what i need help with is this ............ok well he didnt file last years ( and the other years) tax return. there was an issue with a missing address and such, its getting sorted but wont be by that interview. what we do have is a work letter, and pay stubs. is this enough from him.

we also have a co sponsor just incase, but all in all can this pass muster you think?

also i read on 'ere that I dont need the love of my life's birth certificate in the interview?? true/not true

The I-134 will need a good explanation why a return was not filed for 2007.

You can use a co-sponsor, but the petitioner still needs to provide an I-134.

Proof of US citizenship needed for co-sponsor, but not for petitioner, the petitioner needed to prove citizenship when filing the I-129F, the K-1 petition would not be approved without it.
