Firstly, apologies for a topic that has been 'Done' to death but I hope you can understand that I want to make this as hassle free as possible and need a simple answer, (For a relatively simple question)

My I-94 expired 2 months ago, and we are finally in a position to get AOS sorted, I am going to have my supplement sheet filled in by Dr Arnold ( I just have to send them I-693 right?) though I will call first anyway.

I am also wondering about the TB test, does it have to be done by a Uscis CS? if it doesnt what kind of documentation to I need to get to prove it was done, can the (certified) USCIS CS give me only the TB without Transcribing my form?.

I had my medical in Scotland less than a year ago, I would think I would test positive for TB, since I had the BCG as a kid and it can create a false positive, does this mean paying extra for an xray?

I also need HPV, sames questions for that, I can get it done anywhere? how do I get proof I have had it done?

Hey hun

Nice to see you all settled in the US. I got all my HPV shots at the local County medical center - not USCIS approved. They were each like $200 cheaper than my Physician had quoted me and whilst I was there they transcribed all my UK vaccination records onto their system and printed me a nice tidy copy which I'm sure would be a good thing to send to Dr Arnold.

I had a skin test done today by a USCIS civil surgeon and am waiting for my almost certain false positive result and the subsequent x-ray. Even if the x-ray is clear I have been told I need to accept the 6 month prescription - then what is the point in x-raying again?!?!? You could take along your Knightsbridge x-ray to whoever does it and see if they will accept it, they are supposed to be valid for a year although I take what USCIS says with a grain of salt.

Good luck poppet, this process is never ending.

Dr. Arnold only transcribes vaccinations. He will not fill out Part 2 about the TB test.

Do a search on "Dr Arnold" in the forums and when you see a thread titled "Dr Arnold", the info as to what he requires you to send is there.
